FormMapper Starting at $299

Axos FormMapper is a rapid design tool for creating print templates for static layout forms and documents with embedded variable data. Create new, or re-purpose any existing, PDF form or scanned document as the static background onto which you can place and map variable data (XML or CSV = Comma-separated values). Preview the template using sample data, and repeat the design-preview cycle for your new template until you have a completed project, ready for deployment.

Your completed print template can be used with a document production engine, like XEP Server or Doc Family, to output forms and documents using XML data sources in a production environment.

FormMapper will dramatically reduce the time and effort required to produce template-driven printed forms and documents. Possible uses include: insurance policies, product offers, and account statements used in industry and government.

Workflow to create a print template:

  1. Import an empty PDF form (created with Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign or ..) or a scanned document
  2. Draw boxes to position variable data
  3. Map data to the boxes
  4. Test your print template with sample data

FormMapper print templates can be used with XEP server or with Doc Family
